QWEL-CERTIFIED IRRIGATION PROFESSIONAL
Water-Efficient Irrigation in St. George
Lower your outdoor water bill without losing a healthy yard. Irrigation audits, smart controllers, drip conversions, and rebate-ready lawn conversions from a QWEL-certified pro.
Most yards waste water. Not on purpose.
A broken head nobody noticed. Spray hitting the sidewalk. A controller still running the same schedule it was set to the day it was installed. In the desert, small problems like these add up to a big water bill and a stressed landscape.
We find the waste, fix it, and set your system up to water what your plants actually need.
Common water wasters we fix
✔ Leaking valves and broken heads
✔ Overspray onto concrete and walls
✔ Wrong nozzles mixed on one zone
✔ High pressure causing misting
✔ Controllers never adjusted for the season
What we do
Start with an audit, then fix what matters most.
Irrigation Audit
We run every zone and check for leaks, broken heads, overspray, and pressure issues, then hand you a clear fix list.
Smart Controllers
Weather-based WaterSense controllers, installed and programmed right. May qualify for a district rebate.
Drip Conversions
Move shrub and bed zones from spray to drip so water goes to the roots, not the rock.
Lawn Conversions
Replace thirsty grass with water-efficient landscaping, built to meet district rebate requirements.
WHAT IS QWEL?

The Washington County Water Conservancy District directs homeowners to QWEL professionals for water-efficient landscape work. Our lead irrigation tech holds the certification.

Common questions
It depends on the yard. The biggest savings usually come from the cheapest fixes: repairing leaks and broken heads and reprogramming the controller. An audit shows you exactly where your water is going.
No. Most yards save a lot just by fixing and tuning the existing system. Lawn conversion is an option if you want it, and the district rebate can offset a big part of the cost.
We run every zone, check heads, nozzles, valves, pressure, and coverage, review your controller schedule, and give you a prioritized list of what to fix first.
For most St. George yards, yes. It adjusts watering to the weather automatically, so you’re not overwatering in spring and fall. It may also qualify for a district rebate.
Yes. We’ll explain the requirements up front and design your project to meet them. Remember: lawn conversions need district pre-approval before any grass comes out.
